Well, they are also hentai sidescrollers (except the last one, I think), so if first thing fits, the second one is kinda... untrue. But that's where similarities end.
I mean... kmh765's question was any other games this good; not any games just like this. And to answer that question, depends?
Let's start by defining this game:
1. Competent sidescroller with somewhat balanced and well rounded systems that compliment each other (think good metroidvania)
2. Fairly customizable 3d scene viewer with specifically choreographied events
3. The porn aspect of it is somewhat well paced if you unlock the events as you go, but the scenes themselves are super robust so that's not really a problem (generally 1+ scene per stage is great)
4. Female protagonist, mild corruption storyline (most of the scenes add to this in terms of corruption)
That's hard to get a game just as good. From a gameplay or porn aspect. There are some games that are "better" in some regards, as this game tends to less of a h-game and more of a game with erotic story elements (aka still a porn game, just it's not part of the gameplay loop). So there are a few games that have more integrated porn aspect, but most just aren't as entertaining gameplay wise.
Like take Karryn's Prison for example... it has way more immersive porn aspects as the gameplay is mostly about that. But in terms of sheer variety of scenes and customizability it pales in comparison to this game. Would I say it's a worse porn game? No, I would say they both have taken just about as much as my time as each other.
Another example would be Custom Order Maid 3D; the gameplay is middling at best (shitty rhythm game mixed with a barebones management simulator). But with DLC it eclipses Ricca in number of scenes and ability to customize the maids. It is however pretty mundane in terms of the fetishes it appeals to (mostly vanilla, some BDSM/NTR/Cuckolding/Swinging). Again, the game is pretty good and I wouldn't say it's a worse porn game. Honey Select 2 would probably be the better custom scene viewer... but it very much lacks any depth of story compared to COM3D.
Depending on your kinks and how integrated you want the gameplay there are an array of opinions as for which is better. Granted... for it's genres (sidescroller, fantasy rape/porn), Ricca is certainly the best, until Dungeon and Bride comes out in the next century or so (I might have a thing for Wizardry).
I can't seem to find it, i went through every single hole in this lvl and still couldn't find it...

You have to run the game first for it to create save files.
After that, navigate to appdata/locallow folder to get to where they are saved.
Then you can overwrite the files there with the save files you downloaded from internet.
A quality product for sure, but can't play this game. This is too much, the scenes are too brutal, I am more disgusted\terrified of the contents rather than enjoying it. Shame there is so much of it, it's rare that you can find something that actually has some effort put into it.
Still mad respect for the dev(s), but ngl I wouldn't shake a hand of a person who genuinely enjoys the game.

You also can play without getting the H-scenes, the game itself is very good and the gameplay too, TBH if you're a vanilla guy IDK why are you around this kind of games.
Got baited by the graphics and the rating. Some of the scenes are unskippable though.
Not to rain on anyone's parade, but would be great if the description was more clear about what to expect out of this.

I wouldn't want to shake hands with you either, you cleary can't even distinguish reality from fiction. Take a piece of paper, draw a stick figure on it. It's as real as Ricca.

You can google how to access appdata folder, maybe it will be easier for you to understand.
Or if you don't use Windows, they may located in somewhere I don't know exactly. You may want to find the equivalent of appdata on whatever operate system you are using.

I'm pretty sure they did more or less no change to the other language versions. They just wanted all the versions to have the same version number.
