I have the same error. As far as I have read it appears if you use UnRen. I tried several time and with UnRen it doesn't work. (see post #1313, too.)

When and where are you supposed to help Mary(mom) clean? The walkthrough says you must to help her clean after entering Jordan`s office with Jerry, but, for the love of god, I can`t find the scene where you are supposed to help her. Because of that I can`t unlock the fitness center follow-up.
