Yeah I think he introduced too many Characters so it takes too long to start with the action.
With a few coworkers less there would be still enough characters for a good storyline. This will now take extremly long to finish.

I do not understand this developer well. Why set a development date? There are a lot of developers who use a system that can not keep date ... summertime or other games without date, Do not set a date in the future and change it to a system that will be developed once it is developed. Or people will be disappointed not to keep their promises.
