Yes, all paths are done that had a way to start. Basically you can tell there was intention to make more but Patreon has a thing against Incest. Only reason the game took so long to get that complete tag is he introduced chracters people who pledged didn't want to see progression on during votes because other new characters came in and people wanted to see their stuff and not Dabna/Ghroza content.

that is not true though, you can start the water naiad MB path but it has never gone past the first scene and she is not a side character since she got a full blue route.

art does get better with the newer routes, only the tutorial has the very old quite bad art.
