Arwen joining our harem makes sense, both from a personal and political standpoint. Personal; she's hot and we get along pretty well and there's a good bases of mutual trust building. Political; depending on how we end up marrying into our own kingdoms royal family, and it's looking inevitable that we will, our also marrying Arwen would unify the two kingdoms. Like, our children with the respective royals will be half siblings, which in this universe seems to, or should, be the same a full siblings given the prevalence of harems, so if we raise all our children to love each other and get along, boom peace in our time. All we need is for our sexy dwarven cook to secretly be a royal herself, and can unite all the (currently shown sentient)races

edited to fix typo
i think the chances off latia being some kind off member off a dwarven dynasty is a bit far fetched right now but it is possible
for dwarf lore not much is really told yet aside from that their lands fell to the demons
the next update will probably focus mainly on the wood elf thing and maybe the journey back to windale
then your wedding to avila ( possible some content whit miriella(avila's friend and cloth store owner) and/or hellen (ishtar priestess)
then we also still have helen her quest to escort Ishtar's relic and the hunt for eliose (1st princesses and main culprit for the demon problem around the queen) which was eluded to that she flet towards to sultanate if im not mistaken

so unless Vanderer throws a other curfball like whit the Withering (plague that was in windale) those will most likely be the upcomming plot points

Thinking on it, part of the issue with adding the Queen herself and her daughter to our harem is the requirement to marry into their family not them into ours; would this be removed or significantly reduced in relevance if/when we marry Arwen? Like we won't simply be another noble, but equal Royalty.

i think it is suggested the queen wants a matriarchal marriage to preserve the bloodline/family name
sarah now being her only(acknowledged) heir is the only way for her bloodline to stay on the throne

if sarah was to marry the mc in a patriarchal marriage the future heir would not be assured from the queens bloodline
(just like whit athagan and avila, the MC already stated that his heir might not be avila and the mc's child)

Basicly the issue isn't really the MC's title or blood itself (because he is heir to windale a important county(? maybe province not sure)(lord protecter isn't a hereditary title as far as i know but whit the MC suggested possible power when matured it could be earned as well)
for his blood itself is something that she already desired as he is powerful mage being a half blood of ether a dragon or a ifrit
these are the current mentioned possibilities( it could also be something else entirely as a demi-god whit a elemental focus divinity or a devil (devils and demons are mentioned to be separate entity's whit demons comming from a other plane) )

Yeah, this. Him encroaching on the topic, then girls enthusiastically agreeing. It's creepy. Like, to me, it's less creepy if girls are straight up brainwashed compared to how MC acts and then how story proceeds.
It might be creepy to you, but within the context of the plot and the universe these characters live in, it isn't creepy at all. Not only is it essential to have kids because of the population decline and the curse they have to deal with, but it's also part of their religion, they literally have women who get pregnant over and over as part of their religion, they kind of have to because again, the curse and what not.

You're really really just trying to make something out to be creepy that isn't creepy at all within the confines of a fantasy story and the world it's set in, if it bothers you so much just like, idk, don't play.

I agree with everything SlapE just said. That you find it creepy does not make it creepy within the context of the game's setting. The whole point of the setting's narrative setup is that the birthrate in Aetas is declining pretty drastically because there are so few men (due to the curse). The fewer children born, the fewer boys born, and the harder it will get to even maintain birthrate next generation, much less improve on it.

This is a pre-industrial/fantasy setting, not the modern day, so having children is a priority for most people. Which is a great setup for a heavily pregnancy-focused VN. If you don't want a heavily romance- and pregnancy-focused VN (or if you wanted a VN with non-consensual pregnancies or women corrupted into brainwashing), this will definitely not be the game for you. The MC is a good man who wants lots of babies with women who are similarly enthusiastic about it.

Pleasure mate, added a couple more to my previous post, but just found another:

The collective term for voles is a colony.
Pack is for wolves\dogs. (y)
I presume you meant wolves, as voles are tiny little rodents, like a gerbil.

Corrected those too, thanks.

And as for the voles, no, I meant the rodents. I mean, tiny rats. Well, not so tiny in that world... It seemed to me to give the right image of little children gobbling a feast up.

As for using pack...Aoife is no scholar, she learned to read at 20 and does not always use the right words. And, descended like a colony of voles... doesn't sound right.

But again, thank you for the typos, I always appreciate it.

lol Fair enough.
I wouldn't associate voles with being ravenous.
Wolves definitely conjurs the image of a group devouring something, possibly due to Duran Duran's "Hungry Like the Wolf".
Hungry Like the Vole just doesn't have the same ring to it. :ROFLMAO:

In that context, "like a swarm of rats" (or locusts) might better convey the connotation you're looking for, of a collective ravenous group who can eat almost anything despite each individual being small and weak.

Man, I really enjoy this story, but the absolutely countless spelling errors, poor sentence structure & incorrect word usage is quite jarring & detracting.

I get it, if English is not the dev's first language, but there are just so many instances & having to figure out what the sentence was intending to say, from what it actually says, is making this into a word puzzle game.

e.g. When the Queen gets freed from the demon's control, they remark that the demon made her "more sensible to suggestions".
The word is susceptible.

Excuse me, not excuses. There are numerous other erroneous "s" added to words, like this, where they do not belong.
There are just too many instances of this type & it really pulls me out of the, otherwise excellent, story.

Models are good, story being told is captivating, but this could really, really benefit from an English proofreader.

well you just volunteered to be Vanderer his proof reader

Thanks for the report. Yeah, I should get a proofreader but...well no one proposed to be one, except one at the beginning that I stupidly rejected.

It should get better as the VN get along though, since I imporve my english with every update. And yes, the s at the end of the words are a big weakness for me, English is kinda the opposite of French, my mother tongue, where the s indicate the plural, rather than the 3rd person singular. And not always.

Mate, honestly, for a 2nd language your English is excellent! (y)
Certainly better than some 1st language (I'm English) people I know! :ROFLMAO:

Third language, in fact, I am Belgian, so I speak Dutch too. Albeit, my English probably surpassed my Dutch at this point, I use it far more often.

But thanks.

Wow! I think anyone who can speak more than 2 languages is pretty impressive.
I'll continue to note the ones I find, but will send them to you by DM, so as not to clutter the thread.

Regardless of some errors with language, your story & characters are engaging & interesting. Your story telling skills are, in my opinion, excellent.
I'm really enjoying your game, thank you!
