You're not going to get that. If you played the game, and previous, MC doesn't fuck the girls from the other version either. So if one TON MC fucks one, TGO MC won't. He might fuck her mother or so, but not the other way around.

I am not talking about you. Your save request is genuine but some noodles ask for saves in every update. I mean how they lost there save if the location of the saves are hard to access as well as inaccessible in android. I think some ghost or aliens are comes at night and delete there saves.

About the whole Nun church comments - 1 Lust Epidemic - The Priest had 2 girls locked in his basement and Mother Superior Madalyn escaped to Cape Vedra - 2 Treasure of Nadia Madalyn Killed the Priest in Vedra and pretty much succubused everyone there and fled to North Santiva - 3 The Genesis Order Madalyn is being hunted by a Priest and the detectives for murder, so conclusion all 3 games have a great involvement with a Church.

When Ella calls you to the gym, after you get with Hannah in Heather/Chloe bathroom, using the photo as bait, if you visit Ella's apartment, she will be there. I would prefer if the door is closed (she isn't there), or to be allowed to explore upstairs.

It doesn't, or it shouldn't. If you sold everything, it stopped complaining about that when I played it yesterday. I wanted to keep it to find out if you need someone else to sell it too. But as I seen until now, the game prevents you doing things that break it. Read: You can't give items to someone, if they are needed for something else.
Of course you talk better, you can get more money or save more money.
