What did you expect? NLT found a successful and consistent formula. The only real changes/improvements are technical updates and gameplay stuff.
The formula is predictable and repetitive, but I'll still play it since the developer is very consistent with updates and I'm a little intrigued by the plot.

The situation looks more and more boring as the MC just fucks with all the girls, while this is a dangerous sex virus that affects all the city, in water sources, food, etc. There are no threesome scenes between the MC and another supporting character with the girls, or even a situation where the girls have sex with another supporting character that the MC encounters (in a sneaky, sneaky kind of way). . Actually the character you called a "Succubus" didn't mention the "serum" she said "brimstone"... fire and brimstone... as per Hell and all that. I reckon that NLT Media are sticking to a pretty vanilla formula for their games because THAT recruits way more paying supporters than more perverted formulas would. They wish to exploit the market for adult games, which take a hell of a lot of work developing, and the niche that appeals to customers looking for degradation of girls and women, sexual violence, rape, loli, torture, bondage, sadism, masochism, incest and... God knows what other kinds of sick shit... is tiny compared to the vanilla flavoured one they now specialise in. I find the bonus Booty Calls of TGO vomitous and it can't be a coincidence that Patreon rankings show NLT Media dropping from number 3 Adult Developer to number 7, with their former 15,000+ supporters declining to under 12,000, since that content began.
