The change log will come with the public release of the game on Monday.

Unfortunately, you do have to start again. I am aiming to make saves compatible going forwards, but old saves are not compatible with v0.3.

On The Good Son discord server, someone posted a v0.3 save at the end of v0.2 content on the game discussion channel.

Don't know if you're serious or joking. I see no scar, and if you are referring to the skin line of the taint then that is normal and everyone should have it, if not barely visible depending on skin type. Trans MTF here, no surg yet and I have this myself.
