Keep playing until you see the credits.
This is the weird thing about this game, straightforward but also complicated.
It's easy to feel like you missed something but the answer is almost always "just keep playing".

Perhaps that will change if it ever gets an official english release and uncensored version, via Kagura Games or one of the other few publishers out there.
No offense meant to Dazedanon, but as I played and enjoyed the game I couldn't help but wish for that. As my enjoyment would only increase if the game were also uncensored and the grammar and syntax errors from the AI translation weren't around.
well i didnt know there was a possible NG+ and even if it is strange i missed the true ending cuz i was missing the quest where u need to talk with the npcs and i did the final battle like 3 times before getting true ending all cuz i have ADHD so its really hard for me to keep paying atention to little things haha xd

Unfortunally i had no idea how to acess the quests descriptions to change the names around.
So i couldnt look up the original(jp) quest description script and match it with the skills

The original name is 薬師の大穴 which would translate the Large Cave of Medicinal herbs.
On a diferent note i reworked some of the "lewd skills names" in the quests descriptions , including the one u asked about
Its not all because well..... its a pain in the ass to have 3+ files open to try and play match with a mtl.
If anyone uses it dont forget to back up the old file first. Also i do hope i didnt break any formatting.
Regardless you should see a diference in the lewd lvl 4 quests descriptions at least ( i hope).

I could change the names but based on the fact that even editing the mtl of the quest descriptions breaks the game i feel like its not a good idea

The last time I was this invested into an RPGM story was probably Succubus Academia.
One of the main girls' scenes has something close to NTR.
Normally I enjoy NTR but her scenes are just depressing.
If you're talking about Sophia I think I know what scene you're talking about. She, at least with her level 3 scenes on Prostitution Island appears to get over it, and just enjoy the sex.
Are there any lesbians scenes with Phoni or another character?

Phoni has one game over scene with Clea.
There's another one involves Ect which is also with Clea.
There are also a few FFM threesome scenes.
Like I said in my tips, the bathhouse massage scenes can easily be missed if you didn't interact with the NPC.
There's also a quest early on that has an optional objective, and I guess you can miss that Sophia scene if you didn't do it.
