Tried version 0.1.2, it's really nice as a proof of concept, but I see some problems, here is my feedback for the author:
Controls/camera: Firstly, I would make it so that the player does not need to press "Cancel" to get out of the interaction menu (just clicking anywhere else than menu options would work as "cancel"), so that the transition between "interaction mode" and "movement mode" feels more effortless. Second thing, playing from 1st person view is painful. In 3rd person, you mostly don't need to move the camera, so it's fine, but in 1st you have to do it all the time to change direction. I think either movement by keyboard or at least camera rotation by keyboard would be better. Or some automatic camera rotation based on where the player clicks on, e.g. when in first person, set camera look-at point to the last thing the player clicked on, it could work, though maybe it would need to do the transition smoothly over several frames so that the camera does not jump too much.
Gameplay (lack of) focus: there is already a lot of mechanics, but some seem to not really work with each other. What is the time constraint for? If I understand it correctly, the aim of the game is to be a puzzle game. But there is enough time that if I know the solution to the puzzle(s), I will have no problem executing it. If I don't and won't find it before time runs out, all it will do is it will cause me to restart the level. I don't see any purpose in that, it doesn't make the game more challenging, just more annoying.
Then there's the "patrol time", that is avoiding Tanya: I think it would be better to either not start with sex before the puzzle is solved (like let handyman say: "nah, I gotta control myself, I'm sure Tanya is gonna be here any second to look at the stupid fish again" when you click the "grab her hips") or have it break automatically before it leads to game over ("shit, I can hear someone coming to the door, pull out!"). I know it sounds like hand-holding at first, but right now, the moment you choose to engage in sex without solving the puzzle, you are basically clicking "restart the game". Again, more annoying rather than challenging. If you're afraid that getting rid of the gameovers would remove any challenge from the game, I would say add the challenge through your main mechanic - the puzzles: make them more complex, add some red herrings or moving pieces (perhaps even time sensitive?) etc.
Moreover, because even as I am (almost) inevitably losing the game, you still let me play the sex minigame, which makes me feel like "maybe if I am fast enough I can make it" - which is not true, but it's not clear. If nothing else, at least add some hint with the game over, like: Tanya: "oh you're fucking my yoga girl, game over"; handyman: "fuck, if only the stupid fish would hide in its stupid house so that Tanya wouldn't come here all the time I could have had a nice time". If you insist on making things time sensitive to get some urgency, make it matter: if I do things fast enough, I "win", if I don't, I "lose". But that might require to change your sex minigame - instead of making it as long as possible, making it as fast as possible, so that if you make the girl cum before Tanya shows up, you get rewarded, and if not, you get punished (either game over, or you pull out in time, but then the girl is angry at you and doesn't give you some item/info that would be useful for progressing the game etc.).
Speaking of which, the sex scenes don't seem to really influence anything, there is no reward for winning the minigame other than the animations themselves. In fact, you can skip them altogether and the game continues. I think it should be more connected to the work you do as the handyman, so that you need to interact with the girls to progress the game. If I can get through the whole game just by being a good manual worker, why even put it in the "Adult Games" section (to be fair, there are some hints at that, like the TV girl telling you location of one light bulb only if you let her molest you; and Tanya searching for light bulb in her room when you already took it....but I think it needs to be more intertwined than that). Without it, you will just make the chores feel like, well, chores. Or the other way around - make it so that completing the chores unlocks some sexy content. For example, after I install the shelves, Tanya starts putting something on them - and I can finally fuck the yoga girl in peace etc.
Narrative: this is rather subjective and not really a problem in the current version, just wanted to say that currently it all feels like those 80s porn movies ("Miss, I came to fix your plumbing, wink wink"), which IMO is good, but only as long as you can keep the dialogs ridiculous and silly enough. If the characters start to resemble actual human beings, the game could turn pretty weird and creepy in no time. So my suggestion for future content would be to keep it as silly as possible. Alternatively, make the progression with sex less porn-y, that is have some character development, don't let them put out immediately. Up to you, just don't try to do both at the same time (at least not with the same character).
