I hope Ada grows her bush back. The diversity of the girls in that, uh, region, is one of my favourite things about this game, and I want to see more of it.

I agree with the previous post, this game is full of unfinished and very interesting (potentially) plot branches.
But no, they waited six months, so what? Half of the update now, and the other later. What is this nonsense.
Wherever you go, there are stubs everywhere.
For half a year they made a 1/2 beta version with a bunch of errors.
Dear developers, your goals are completely closed, but there is no smell of full-time development.
I unsubscribed from you, precisely for these reasons.
You will continue to do such nonsense, slowly everyone will begin to unsubscribe.
The fate of the Saga with Bobby I'm afraid will overtake this project.
Although this game has a lot of potential.

This update did leave me feeling somewhat let down with the current state of progression on this game. The threads of unfinished stories are steadily increasing, while the overall amount of repeatable slice-of-life content seems to barely be moving. I only saw a handful of new patrol events, all of which occurred during the week. The weekends are becoming a vacuum of content, resulting in me generally skipping Saturdays and Sundays so I don't have to tell Cass and Debbie to turn their music down for the 19th time in one sitting. It also becomes very lopsided when the story content is significantly more high quality than the repeatable content that has sat untouched for several years now.
I'm still a fan overall, there was plenty of content I enjoyed here, but with it being an entirely linear progression with a questionable ending, it just draws more attention to how much is still unfinished. I really think the dev needs to take some time away from the large scale story updates and focus an update on repeatable content. Rather than implementing a whole new system for one girl, how about do a quality update for the punishment systems that already exists? Debbie, for instance, is still wearing her red underwear and is generally rude to the MC during her punishments, it certainly doesn't seem like a lot to update some animations and dialogue to make that fit her current character arc. There are multiple dangling threads like that throughout the game that, based on the current roadmap, may remain unaddressed for years.

That's what happens when you play alpha or beta releases. Report what you find, so individual mistakes can be rectified, but it is well known that there will be many, it is probable that you cannot run through a beta without including multiple bugs and even crashes. That's what beta is for: people play it and they find the bugs. It's not to play and have a good time, I mean everybody would be happy if that happend, but it doesn't.
I downloaded the update and my game saves are 100% up-to-date barring 2 patrolling events that never ever occured for me. Played over 6 months of ingame days patrolling the halls etc but the new content simply does not unlock.
The Mycock event tells me to speak with Maxine - cannot find her.
The Mole rat event just does not engage. Maxine is simply nowhere to be found and I am completely stuck.
I would really hate it if my savegame was bugged however the event with Maxine simply never happens.
If anyone has any ideas to trigger the Mole Rat Event they would be greatly appreciated.

This leaked beta version, clearly labelled for bug testing purposes, has bugs?! Oh my goodness, I'd best go kill myself in shame. Also, do you really think a 50k-word screenplay and a thousand renders aren't enough for six months of work? Really?! If so, you have extremely unrealistic expectations about what's possible for a single writer/artist with a small support team. It’s always a shame to lose patrons, but if people expect the impossible then there’s not much I can do to keep them. Although, I must question their logic; if people are serious about wanting me to go faster, withdrawing financial support seems like an odd way to go about it.
With regard to what was in the update; I have zero intention of defending content choices here. A lot of people did enjoy it and it's not possible to make everyone happy. I also had to deal with a lot of problems over the last update cycle, all of which I communicated in detail to my patrons. Not that you would know any of that since you already withdrew support apparently. Anyway, as I've always said, the fundraiser was a one-off, the next update will be a more "traditional" one.

Might be a bug with your save. Try pressing shift o. Then type:
maxine_uw1 = False
That will reset the office event with Maxine and should allow the quest to trigger.
If you have triggered the quest but can't find the patrol event. Press shift and o the type:
mr_donation = 120
Perhaps in some theses I got excited.
