Bug report, Debbie still has her panties on when she should be missing them during the upper thigh massage, also during the pussy massage when it cuts back to Miss Newman.

That's been fixed in the new release, it's due out tomorrow for $5 patrons.
Bug report. New rule instated that panties not White is confiscated. Debbie still has her Red ones on and the girl at the vending machine still has her red silk lace one.

And Emily's non-regulation panties aren't confiscated when you tear off her skirt, not even when you put her in the front of the class. I'm assuming AltosandHerdone will be or have fixed those either in the new release or in the next. The one here is the bug-test version, after all.
Its possible to get Emily free without tearing her skirt. I pull on the Skirt and it frees her giving you a point in popularity.

Here’s a few more bugs and issues that I’ve found. Some are very minor, but a couple are more noticeable. Again, I don’t think any of these have been reported yet:
(1) If you get the prostitute for Mr Wilson, pretend to be Mr Wilson, and then give him the cheap pills again instead of the aspirin, then there’s a small bug when you speak to him the next evening. In the list of conversation topics that appears on screen, “Candy” will appear twice. If you click on one, Wilson says "Spectacular, what a girl", and with the other he says "Well, the girl was absolutely gorgeous".
(2) If you refuse to give Mr Wilson the photos of Priti and he agrees to the prostitute, then you can call Trixie on the phone even if you haven’t interviewed Trixie (as part of Miss Chang’s quest) and therefore haven't actually met her yet.
(3) You don’t need to do any paperwork (and have Maxine visit you) before making Debbie a prefect. This can lead inconsistencies with the story: you say “next time Maxine gives a speech” before you’ve seen the first speech, and when you do see Maxine’s speech, you say that Debbie’s “too wild and unpredictable” to be a prefect, even if she already is.
(4) You can take photos of Debbie being punished (and get the $50 bonus from the school owners) as soon as you buy the camera. This can happen before Mr Mykock visits you (after the photoshoot with Priti) and you get the message saying "a new action has been unlocked" to allow you to photograph the girls as part of their punishment.
(5) On day 1 (the tutorial), if you didn’t pick up the ruler earlier, then when you punish Debbie and she is bent over your desk, you get the message "unfortunately I don't have any tools to inflict more pain". However, the ruler spanking action becomes available anyway.
(6) On day 2 the ruler is always in your inventory when you start (even if you didn't play day 1, or didn't pick it up on day 1). But based on the dialogue in day 1 (which talks about how the headmaster should "look around the school for useful items"), it would probably make more sense if this was initially in your desk until you find it.
(7) At the start of the Priti quest, Miss Chang says that she’ll provide you with a keylogger if you improve the facilities. After buying the lab equipment, you talk to her again. However, as soon as you’ve told her about the lab equipment, the evening ends and you go to bed, without being able to continue the conversation and ask about the keylogger.
Therefore, when I’m playing the game, I now ask about the keylogger first. However, this is logically the wrong way round, because Miss Change then says “since you have improved the science facilities I will let you have it”, even though you haven’t told her that the equipment has been ordered yet. It might be better if the lab equipment conversation didn't automatically end the conversation.
(8) After you hire Trixie, there’s some repeating text when you next talk to Miss Chang. The conversation goes:
- Headmaster: Good evening Miss Chang
- Chang: You
- HM: Good evening Miss Chang
- Chang: You've got some fucking nerve...
(9) When you give a girl a private punishment after school, you unlock both her private and public punishments in the event log. Not sure if this is a bug or by design (?).
(10) If you give Debbie a public punishment before giving her a private punishment, you don’t unlock her punishments in the event log.
(11) With most of the actions in the quest list, a “COMPLETE” appears after the text once you’ve completed that action. But in the Priti quest, if you order a prostitute from the escort agency, there isn’t a “complete” after “5) wait a day and check for a reply”.

To everyone talking about not being able to confiscate non-regulation panties, it's already been confirmed that the AltosandHerdone are on the case. Darkcore posted the following message from their patreon site when the beta was initially released:

Ok I am stuck at Debbie level 3. The hints say max out pain and humiliation first. I am pain 5, humiliation 4 and pleasure 3. my only option is to rub her thigh but it says max out pain and humiliation before i do this again. I only have 1 action point available at this point. I have also unlocked everything but the final meeting point(the one we can't vote on yet).

I have her remove clothes, have Newman search, then take a picture which puts me at 4 Humiliation and 1 pleasure. I think both the advanced punishment for Debbie and the rule change to allow confiscating non-regulation panties are in the 4.1 Beta version.
