The basic in game scenarios are based on our experiences IRL. We started as same room only but due to our particular situation (kids) it was really difficult to make that happen. So eventually we moved onto it being OK to date and play seperate.
Based on that AND wanting to avoid another Chapter 1 /2 time gap, like I said, probably not.

Honestly though, saying yes to all questions should have just unlocked all content, which the player could just choose from what they wanted (including cuck dialogue or not choice at the start of the evening), and no RNG scenes either, that would have made everything much easier for you too, especially with development time and bugs, so if you ever go back to remake the club visit I recommend making these changes.
What if you say no to every question and choose to not go to the club, will it progress their relationship through different methods?
If you say no to every question then wifey asks MC if he even wants to go. You can either say yes in which case you'll be gated out of a little bit of content, but not everything you said no to. If you say no then MC and wifey go upstairs have sex and then a gameover. You can also get an early gameover after the live stream, and if you don't read the whole text conversation when meeting the friend the next day before the club scene if you respond badly there.
The gameovers are actually super wholesome happy endings though and really paint a picture of how good the main couple's bond and relationship is.

In that case I hope that when they play separately, the MC/husband gets action too and it won't just turn into only the wife having fun with others, I still want them to go out for fun with others together too and for the MC to have fun with others on his own.
Dev has said it's going to be more about the wife, makes sense given the name of the game. I suspect that if you don't dive too deeply into the more cucky paths that you'll probably still get a decent amount of scenes with the MC. I hope he doesn't get discarded at the wayside at least, they're actually a really great couple and a good part of that is that they put each other on the same pedestal. It's not like wifey wants to swing because MMC's cock is small or that he's bad in bed, it doesn't really go into NTR cuckold themes so it'd make sense for him to match her involvement both with and without her.
I also suspect that if you say no to too many things then it'll eventually be another early ending though. Only the dev really knows that though right now. I just hope we don't get railroaded too hard, like if there's someone who just gives a bad vibe or a setup that just doesn't feel right I really hope there's no early end for rejecting them or it.

I hope that from now on the choices of what kind of content you want, especially cuck or not cuck, will be easier to choose, because the dev made it too complicated without explaining what kind of content you'd get with the questionnaire, like I said before, saying yes or maybe to everything should've allowed us to unlock all content, and shown us choices as to what we wanted to see, and cuck dialogue wasn't even possible because the dev complicated it too much, so I'm sure the people who wanted it were disappointed.
