Like 0.5 beta means it's not perfect but mostly, full means it's pretty much complete.
So full 0.5 yes, but not full game. Though, I've seen games full at 0.3 and then they call that chapter 1 or season 1.
I guess one could overthink shit, but in this case it's not finished. just the 0.5 version.
