I'm currently stuck on Grumpy the goblins potion shop quest. I've got the shop score to 9 out of 10, but can't seem to figure out how to get it any higher.

Figured it out. I'm at 10 out of 10. It wasn't a bug or anything it was just finding/creating the right circumstances to move the quest along.

What happends if you get say a bad ending? Do you have to restart from the whole beginning or does it go back to a save before the ending after getting it?

It goes back right before the bad ending switched - so you can change your choise

So I just installed this today and it has a laundry list of issues. The Esc button does nothing and there doesn't seem to be another button to open an in game menu. The stocks bug out the game and so does the 'trap'. When i initiate the sex scene with the elf it bugs out her arms permanently. When defeated the only button that works is E. Whats going on?

If you are not careful, monsters will be able to have sex with you and you will have to start from the very beginning.
“The Last Barbarian” takes place in a fantasy N'ul-realm, plunged into darkness and debauchery after the arrival of the ancient Goddess of Flesh. She gives everyone what they want most. But she distorts all desires and so the whole world is plunged into perversion and violence. Everything around is nourished by sexual energy.
The protagonist of the game woke up in the dungeon after the battle with the orcs in her village. She is the last barbarian from a tribe of local Amazons. They never submitted to anyone and valued only their freedom and love. But now she is driven by a thirst for revenge and a desire to revive her tribe.
