well my laptop is complet new, i bought it yesterday it has everythign on the newest update and this is the only exe file that gives me this messges all the otehr exe file games i have on my laptop dont show this

Which link did you download this file from? With .exe downloaded from the patreon link everything is fine.

To be fair, a tremendous number of games will produce false positives with various anti-virus programs. It's not really a problem with the computer or the anti-virus software, it's just a by product of heuristic scanning.
An executable file opening and calling to multiple other files, while creating new new files and loading resources from other files is a red flag, because that's the way a virus would behave... It's also the way a game would behave, and the similarity ends there.
If you have any sort of self control and understanding of computing, antivirus is completely unnecessary. 75 year old women who click on any link they like on aol / publishers clearinghouse / groupon, and open any attachment they are sent in an email need antivirus... Not that it does them much good in the long run...
I always keep a separate porn / gaming PC, and a business machine i use for nothing but managing my life, with trusted applications. Despite the fact i have always had a PC dedicated to porn and gaming, running no antivirus; i haven't had a malware infection since the days of Napster. Appropriate click and download discipline, and good browser settings practices are all you need.

it is not m laptopnlike i said all teh other exe file games i have work so i dont trust this game, there was anotehr usernhere once whos game gaved me the same warning adn it came out his game somehow stole personal infos of this who play it or so, so he got banned dont know if it is true but his account is no longer here

Ok, outside the nice polite reply I gave above explaining false positives and and antivirus, yes... It's totally your laptop man. Your laptop sucks, it's lying to you. It's totally grafting you... It's trying to convince you not to play this game because it's a Christian Anti-Virus program installed, programmed to report porn games with demonic context as viruses to save your soul from a demonic fapping.

like i told the otehr guy i got the laptop last saturday the newest model abd everythign has the newest updated so i does niot have a shitty av software and why is thius the only exefile game that has a virus warning i have other here that doies not show this
