I did both of those things. Man and Woman say nothing. Maybe it's an order bug?

I did cheat but only gave items and stats never anything that could affect the storyline. Quest is broken for me.

I've noticed that mega stucks on loading with some antiviruses \ web protection active. That sucks and happens with ALL mega links, try disabling your protection software just for the time of the archive download.

They are needed to broke versyl's curse, so when you will get all the artifacts you will have to go to versyl.

There are tons of sidequest and hidden event, for Tifa go to the museum, tap the bookshelf on the right.
