Will be honest, still can't get on the dark route. Hell, until I used the gallery mod, I didn't even know a dark route existed
the way the dark route is activate is in chapter 2 when u go with Alice in the elevator and have sex with her (making sure you have the latest update)
anyhow the Visual novel is going to a complete revamp to make it easy knowing which path u going

When VN is open Click on Special as the Christmas Special is not part of the main story
Then Type in the Custom Name for the MC
Then click on the small picture which will start the special
It was very similar to the gallery system, I just repurpose this for all special in the future so you can play it here.

normal game doesnt start ,only the special i downloaded the game from mega ,both compressed and full,try a couple of times and same happends the start buttom seems to be linked only to the special.

Starts normal.
Nothin special about this special.
You can't save , it's just a replay scene.
It looks like it's a long way from completion.
Strange thing about this is when i unpack to a different folder than the main game it even shows saves from main game.
When i look down into saves folder , they aren't there.
Now i've carried the folder from main game to christmas edition , deleted main game , altered name of the shortcut and everything still works fine.
Nothin special about this special.
