What did you think of the Penelope revamp? I thought it was really well done.

My favorite character in the initial builds was Natalia and I'm much less of a fan of her changes and a bit disappointed. Amelia was the only character left (she's super cartoony) who I'd have thought needed modified. It's the risk and reward of a dev learning and changing as he goes I guess. What was your take on that change?

First time in how many games I played where a petite girl has a proper bush.. that was awesome.

Yes, that seems to be the case, in fact, in the new update she somehow miraculous decides to leave without saying goodbye.

Ehh, well my point was: decisions of the player can only be considered useless if their consequences are created by something that happened after the player is introduced. Everything that happened before is part of the setting of the story. It is NOT variable. It can be anything, MC's past, taste, actions, or anything you want.

I take it "emotionally invested" has some kind of broad definition and is a pejorative from the comment. Sure, I like the game, followed it from early on and like the dev. He's got two games going and they are getting updated with fair regularity considering it's not his job. If it's not quick enough for you, pull your funding... oh, wait.

$300 a month U.S. isn't even beer money for anyone with a borderline middle class income anyway, so it's unclear why some people on this board get all up in arms demanding 50-80 hours of labor they didn't even pay for in return for the price of (max @ jr level) 6 hours of creative/skilled work, let alone factoring in capital costs.

"Constructive criticism" is the act of helping to improve or promoting further development or advancement. This involves giving actionable advice from a helping mindset. Complaints emanating from narcissism and ignorance are not constructive criticism.

As for spare time, that's pretty rich from someone with 750 posts and the general persona of open mouth-must be bitching.

Absolutely, multi-path games (term has to exist) generally don't feel like they have a lot of new content. Between the revamp and the new content it's hard to say since sometimes content I've played already pops up again, mostly because I'm not very engaged in keeping good saves. But there is new content on the different paths I've been on
