I mean I don't think they were shaming the game. I think they were more thinking they would like to get past the bug. Which I wouldn't blame them for. I for one though never had any bugs playing this game and I am all caught up as far as I know.is nice to come and put shame on something you got free

I recently replayed the game from the start (from a Patreon download). I've had a few bugs (the game closed on me once) but I was able to always use a prior save and continue without getting all the problems people posted. I'm not saying they aren't having issues, just not sure why it seems many are when I'm not.
I disagree completely, constructive criticism should never be discouraged. It helps the dev in a lot of cases catch things they might have missed.

You should always be able the give your opinion, but that doesn't mean being rude or abusive. Even if you have a terrible take on a game, not this game which I like a lot, you can do it with class. Discourse should be done without hate.

You should have respect for all people no matter what game they play. If someone disagrees with your opinion, you should respect that.
Its a shame because the game is excellent but you cant progress, so yes it is a shame, regardless if it is for free or notis nice to come and put shame on something you got free

POLLY BUG FIX CG STUCK IMAGE
In the same folder as the main executable, there should be a file called 'package.json', open this and edit the 'js-flags' field to equal "--expose-gc", that should lift the restriction on the DevTools
Press F12 to open up the DevTools, go to the console, and enter this:
$gameScreen._pictures[2] = null
Only tested it with the Polly CG, but should in theory work for any other CGs that might get stuck. If it doesn't work, type '$gameScreen._pictures' instead and look for an item in the list that says "Game_Picture {_name: "Office_Polly_07" , ...", and replace to 2 with whatever index you find that picture in

I will most certainly try again, maybe take a different choice and see, it might help others to avoid this bug
I am grateful that the game is free, I think this could be a lost in translation thing, "shame" i mean shame in the context of pity, as in I would have liked to go further, its a pity/shame that I can't do that, sorry for the confusion
I think most people with a brain knew thats what you meant. It is a shame that some people are having these kinds of problems. That people like myself have not had those same issues means it is not the game.
