I've had that problem in the past. I found that saving shortly before that happens, and then reloading the game and playing on from the save I'd just made would generally fix it. So now I save very frequently to make doing that easier.

I think i'm stuck in a loop. It show the next enchantment is the Gym one where after you work out with Zack you get the Gym to yourself, but every time I go, he's there.
