Bailey isn't supposed to be transgender, at least not yet. Bailey is supposed to be a cisgender male who isn't sure about his sexuality, and the MC (or other characters in the game) are supposed to feminize him. Sort of a sissification fetish, I believe. At least, that's the last information which I had heard about the character.

yeah, I felt that when I initially found this game. It's just a one-off image depicting a porn scene. Multiple choice option, at that. though the other options are also shit. Nothing like that image is actually in the game right now, fortunately.

The game screen tells you what to do. Or rather, it tells you what not to do, and you should do the opposite of what it says.

Technically, there are two developers - Alishia and Elizabeth. Alishia does the visuals, the programming in Ren'Py, and the "big picture" storyline. Elizabeth writes the actual dialogue and makes suggestions for the "big picture" storyline. At least that's how it was explained before.

Edit - Also, Alishia and Elizabeth are a couple.
