Pick the NTR choices. Next update will feature a visualisation whenever you get NTR points iirc, so that could help.

What are the NTR choices? They aren't exactly easy to tell apart from my experiences.

I mean, most of the choices are pretty clear, no? Pick everything that puts the MC in a more submissive position and that can be seen as corrupting for Mia. Watch the cuckquean porn, be open to it in the club, let Mia do all the work in the prison, open Kendra's gift yourself (and then give it to Sasha afterwards) and push Mia to take a more leading role on the blog are some I can think of.
