Here, just place this in your /game folder. It is incest patch and I added the LE unlock to it. Easy-peasy. If you want to get cute, rename your DL properly to "patch.rpy" (delete the "746430_" prefix in the file name)

Honestly, the dev still hasn't figured out save compatibility. What's the point if the player is going to have to start over every time anyway? Unless you're suggesting someone step in a fix the issues... but that's a whole different scenario. It requires the production team to step back, properly plan the complete story objective from beginning to end including required variable declarations BEFORE progressing the scripting further (both code and dialogue) for it to have a solid foundation going forward and allowing saves to carry forward as they should. Personally the progression has been too slow for me to invest the amount of hours required to recode it proper. I could always change my mind but it's where I see it currently...fwiw.

The game can't be played without the incest stuff. In its current form there are no alternative variants on the relationships in the script, so anyone wanting to do a no-incest patch would have to go through the script line-by-line and sub in alternative lines any time a familial relationship is mentioned—and most likely have to do it all over again if/when a new version is released. Tedious work for unclear gain.
