Giving Lisa a massage is already in the game. If you haven't done it yet, then you just haven't met the requirements.
Spend time with Jessica and Nina to build their Affection to 10. Speak to Jessica in the Lounge at (I think) 11 and ask to participate in the massage with Nina. Then the next day go to the bathroom at 10am and "Doll Up". Go to Siri's bedroom and call Lisa to build up her Desire to Extreme. Then go to the Library in the evening to give Lisa the massage. Then you can speak to Nina for the favour.

When the MC buys the swimsuit, you have to wait for it to be delivered by Moriah (the delivery girl). Then the MC will automatically go swimming once. Currently, that is the only event in the game in which the MC uses that swimsuit. We'll have to wait to see if it can be used again later. As for being able to buy it again on the computer, that's a bug.
So far in terms of content, there's the lesdom scene with Sasha, which is automatic at midnight Tuesday night, the Lisa massage, the favour from Nina, and the handjob from Jeanine, which doesn't seem to have any consequence so I haven't bothered to try it yet. I believe that's just a matter of going to the Lounge when she's there after Siri gets the handjob from Nina.
I don't think that the lesdom event is coded to trigger on a specific night. In my playthrough, the event happened on Wednesday night.
I believe it's automatic. First you get the parcel from Jessica, and then later that night you get the scene. I don't know how not to get the scene, but then so far I've always given the parcel to Sasha since there's a note saying it's for her, even though the parcel is addressed to Siri.
So I had a look through the code, and apparently the only trigger is that Siri is asleep, the day count is 4 and you're playing the Limited Edition
There won't be any new Kendra content (apart from secret images) for a couple of updates. I believe that the next update (V0.5) will feature Mia's arrival. I'm not sure what happens in the update after that (V0.6), but I don't think it will include Kendra. If I'm not mistaken - and I may be - Kendra is supposed to return in V0.7.
