I believe that content is not implemented yet. Siri can jerk off into the swimsuit at one point, but that's the only thing to do with it at the moment.

You also have to masturbate while wearing the swim suit. If you haven't masturbated in it yet, then don't bother trying to give it to the maid.
If you have jerked off while wearing the swim suit, then you can give it to Jessica for cleaning. You have to find her in the laundry room, open your inventory, click on Nina's swim suit, close the inventory, and then click on Jessica.

Every night, just before the MC goes to bed, there is a random chance that she will masturbate. When she does, if there are any special masturbation scenes available, such as the scene with Nina's swim suit or the massage oil scene, these options will be available. So, in order to masturbate with Nina's swim suit, you must first have the swim suit in your inventory, then wait for the MC to randomly decide to masturbate before sleeping, and then choose the swim suit option.
Well go past that but there not much contetn after that.
Can't give Lisa a massage so the game actually have really not much content.

Giving Lisa a massage is already in the game. If you haven't done it yet, then you just haven't met the requirements.
Anyone can give me some idea of how to give lisa massage and have nina favor? i cannot complete any of these.

Spend time with Jessica and Nina to build their Affection to 10. Speak to Jessica in the Lounge at (I think) 11 and ask to participate in the massage with Nina. Then the next day go to the bathroom at 10am and "Doll Up". Go to Siri's bedroom and call Lisa to build up her Desire to Extreme. Then go to the Library in the evening to give Lisa the massage. Then you can speak to Nina for the favour.

P/s: i already bought the swimsuit with the money giving by kendra but i cannot participate in the pool with nina and sasha and the computer in the room always show that i should buy the swimsuit? any idea about it?

When the MC buys the swimsuit, you have to wait for it to be delivered by Moriah (the delivery girl). Then the MC will automatically go swimming once. Currently, that is the only event in the game in which the MC uses that swimsuit. We'll have to wait to see if it can be used again later. As for being able to buy it again on the computer, that's a bug.

So far in terms of content, there's the lesdom scene with Sasha, which is automatic at midnight Tuesday night, the Lisa massage, the favour from Nina, and the handjob from Jeanine, which doesn't seem to have any consequence so I haven't bothered to try it yet. I believe that's just a matter of going to the Lounge when she's there after Siri gets the handjob from Nina.

I don't think that the lesdom event is coded to trigger on a specific night. In my playthrough, the event happened on Wednesday night.
Regarding the handjob from Jeanine, there used to be a quest planned for a future update which required the MC to have some sort of sexual contact with each of Nina's porn star friends. I don't know if that quest is still planned, but if so, I would expect the handjob with Jeanine to count toward that. Also, Nina told the MC to practice handjobs three times before they could proceed to the next step together. It wasn't clear whether this would involve the MC giving or receiving handjobs, or perhaps both, but I'm guessing that it's the latter, and that the Jeanine handjob will count.

I believe it's automatic. First you get the parcel from Jessica, and then later that night you get the scene. I don't know how not to get the scene, but then so far I've always given the parcel to Sasha since there's a note saying it's for her, even though the parcel is addressed to Siri.

So I had a look through the code, and apparently the only trigger is that Siri is asleep, the day count is 4 and you're playing the Limited Edition

There won't be any new Kendra content (apart from secret images) for a couple of updates. I believe that the next update (V0.5) will feature Mia's arrival. I'm not sure what happens in the update after that (V0.6), but I don't think it will include Kendra. If I'm not mistaken - and I may be - Kendra is supposed to return in V0.7.
