Yes to both Lara & Shannon being bred by the two you mentioned. Vruk can also get them pregnant. See this: #2,861 As for Tish, just follow her entry in the journal. The walkthrough for 0.18 explains her pregnancy route.

Elsie has only one scene/quest. Put sleeping powder in her wine in the afternoon then peek in on her the same evening and visit her that night. That's it for her and her still remaining scared when you see her isn't going to change. As for finding Vera, did you go back to speak with Shannon in the evening? If so, just head South from the Poor District until you see a cottage and enter. The path South is located across the bridge in the Poor District and should be available to pass through.

I found out you have top speak with the old man in the graveyard first then the boy, i totally missed the old man, as he only appears afternoon and hard to spot at first unless your really looking and not zooming through to cottage

Regardless, you figured out what was holding you up (Grave Tender/old Man in the graveyard via the AN) and got it done. Sweet.

The Goblin’s Brides is the only finished one.It's a shame all the fun goblin games get abandoned
It never got it's good ending. the one with the 4 goblins was good but it got boring having to keep everybody fed
