and i still haven't downloaded his latest version, because, back then, when it was released i thought: "hey dev seems to be active now, i'll wait for a new update"
Spent alot of time to create good story, attractive characters..., then left for months.

Deadshot101, you are too emotional. All developers of such games, as a rule, are professional programmers. They work in large companies and get very good money for their work. They are engaged in the development of games of the "XXX" category out of curiosity, trying themselves in a different information environment, and for the sake of emotional relaxation. Money in this case is not the main thing for them. Therefore, they are not in a hurry to update, and sometimes they quit the game after a couple of releases. They have no moral or legal obligations, since they are mostly anonymous. Hence the result: annual delays and a large number of abandoned games. Treat it like a lottery.
So the misleading statements by Aorrta are obvious here. He declared the termination of his employment and promise to work on the SR till the completion. GhostFaceGuy, I wouldn't be so categorical. Game developers, like all creative people, are quite emotional and impulsive. From the psychomatics, it resembles the female type. You don't take offense at a woman when she does or says something inappropriate, do you? So, the developers: they can say something emotionally, and then forget about it. And if there are problems in setting up the game, they can spit on everything and go somewhere to unwind. And they are not particularly worried that they did not fulfill their promise by the deadline. That is, there is a saying: A guy said – a guy did, he does not work here. So we just have to wait for them to run out of "critical days".
Maybe there will be an update in October.

Deadshot101, no matter how it really is, we still will not be able to influence this situation.
It's funny how moderators of this website takes no time to deleted all the comments which breaks the rules but on the other hand they take forever to judge, if the game is abandoned or not. Example; It took them 2 years to realize the game MC (initials of the game) is abandoned.

The abandoned tag isn't used to mark if the game has a bad development history/missed updates/poor practices/whatever. It's there to mark if the game has literally been abandoned either due to extended radio silence from the developer or if the developer themselves have said that they've stopped development.
Now you know the rules, stop reporting this thread.
We'll mark it as abandoned as and when it hits our criteria. The last Patreon post was June 28th. June 28th + 3 months is September 28th.Rules said:

Suppose Aorrta communicate before September 28th. Let's say he communicates on 27th at patreon with some progress info or previews. Does that mean the game will not get abandoned tag? If I look at the rules, the answer should be, No. This game will not get abandoned tag.
Again, suppose after communicating on September 27th he failed to release the game for another 3 months which will be December 28th. And, let just say he communicates on December 27th with some progress or previews. Will it still not get abandoned tag?

The trouble is absence of progress is not a cause for a abandoned tag. So the Dev is entitled to do nothing exepting keeping silence. Money for nothing, sex for free.

As I said, the abandoned tag isn't meant for instances like this, it's only there for games where the developer has confirmed it's dead or there is radio silence for 3 months. That is it.
This is how the abandoned tag has always been applied for the entire history of the site. It's not the moderation team's fault if some sections of the community are incapable of reading the rules and/or are so obsessed and infatuated over a prefix on a piracy site that they're posting every day on this thread, making reports, and attempting to rewrite what it's always been used for.
It's clear for anyone to see when the last update was, it's right there in the OP. It's down to the individual if they want to play it, regardless of release dates/prefixes/whatever. F95 is not the not the porn police.

I understand where your coming from but how do you explain milfy City thread being marked abandoned when the dev never said game is abandoned and is still active and posting updates every 3 months. I understand where your coming from it's just im just confused.
This Dev clearly using loop holes of just updating every 3 months so he won't marked as abandoned. Isn't that somthing to be concerned about?

Milfy City was marked as abandoned on June 19th, at that time, the last Patreon post was March 19th. Icstor made a Patreon post the following day on the 20th. Once a thread is marked as abandoned, we don't unmark it until a version is released, so when a version was released on July 15th, the abandoned prefix was removed.
I'm not personally concerned at all. The prefix is just there to indicate if development has ceased, not that development is slow. If you want another prefix that is meant for games that have a history of turbulent development/missed updates/broken promises then by all means make a suggestion in the appropriate forum along with your proposed criteria.
