In my country it's 15 (Poland) but if you were to make a porno tape at this age it would still be considered a child pornography.
You're not even supposed to WATCH regular porn untill you're 18.

Tbf one of your examples, Ada from parental love did get the developer into trouble with Patreon several times in fact. I may be Mistaken, but I believe the developer even had to take her content out of the game at one point ,and patch it back in. Out of all the examples you gave the youngest looking one definitely is Ada, and if you compare her to the mc in this game he would definitely look the same age if not younger. Therefore, I think it’s very likely the developer could run into issue due to this because it’s not like he can remove the main character, and patch him back in.

In the US the Federal law is 16. States can make it higher, but not lower. Otherwise, the US is the same as what you said for Poland. You can't watch it, or appear in it, until you're at least 18.

Hello Good People - i am sure, that the dev of this game is making everything in his powers to clean the bugs in this game. There is no "Completed" tag in the title. Please be more understanding - the game is good, storyline is good, animations and renders are good...Yes, there are grammar errors and few more things, but hey - it's in development. I gues the underage problem is serious, but maybe the dev wil fix the MC in the next versions, and btw these things happen in real world also. Lets be patient and see what will come out.
