The Secrets of Salem will be a story-driven game. Events will play out as intended. I will be doing Patreon polls, where i ask subscribers what kind of bonus scenes they would like to see. which can involve the main character and non-main characters. Besides that, the game will be set. My apologies if that's a deal breaker for some but rpgmaker decision-making is a lot more difficult and time-consuming to create than a VN (at least for me at my stage). I would love to make the next game, more player control and have them decide how the story plays out. We will have to see what kind of support we get over this game. Thank you for the question.

I don't play any game that has forced lesbian in it and since you didn't directly answer my question, I have to assume it is forced but for some reason you don't want to admit it. So, I will pass on this one and see what you do with your next game.

Week 2 update Sept 17th​

First, as we move into the second week, I would like to say thank you to everyone. The feedback on the demo and where people would like the game to go has been incredibly helpful and I’m glad a lot of you guys enjoy it. Of course, there will always be better ways of doing things and I hope we can learn from our mistakes to help create a truly fun naughty game. I am aware that rpgmaker isn’t the most enticing engine for people to play on. Unfortunately, we will never be able to appease everyone. We both liked rpg’s and wanted to give it a try. NLT was a big inspiration and there weren’t a lot of 3DCG rpgmakers games out there back when we started. I would love to make VN after this game or perhaps do short stories that relate to the game. To see what people think. But for now, we will work on finishing the initial game and see what kind of support we accumulate.


Now on to the weekly update. As I mentioned in the roadmap, the prologue is only waiting on animations to finish rendering. This week, I rendered a series of story animations. NSFW's first scene is complete and edited. The second one is undergoing rendering as we speak. I have a new 4k bonus render for Patreon followers coming later tonight. I’ll have more news on the animation in come next weekly update. Please continue to ask questions and give feedback. Everything helps the two of us get better.

P.S For those that would like to name your character. That was going to be something I wanted to discuss with the supporters. I get the idea of wanting to change the name, I really do. The initial thought was only, I wanted to have lots of cutscenes with voice dialogue. Really immerse the main character into the story. The option can be given if we incorporate his last name in the dialogue and allow the player to change his first name. An idea for sure. Given enough people want it…

My deepest apology, I was confused by your wording and completely overlooked answering it properly (grammar is not my strong suit). apologize if this doesnt answer it. There is lesbian couples in the game, there will be lesbian NSFW scenes. two girls trying something out (its college). There will be threesome where girls make out with eachother as well with the main character. But no there is no "forced" lesbian in this game, where a girl forces herself on to another (like rape) when she clearly against it. From how im picturing the question in my heads. I could be completely misinterpreting you question as well. I appreciate the questions and if you decide to try (awesome). If not, i still enjoy answering your question (even if i didnt the first time haha). Thank you.

Week 3 update. Thanks, everyone for another week. Week 3 update brings us another two, finished animation scenes. A story scene, as well as the second NSFW scene. The Third one is scheduled to start rendering right after the next current story scene finishes. A little insight into this scene, it will be a montage of animation coming in at almost a minute long. The intro will play after the player clicks the new game in “The Secrets of Salem” launcher. Listening to what people have asked and talked about. Demondealer and I have decided to incorporate custom names into the game. Come the prologue, players will be able to choose “Amon Belmont” first name. The last name will stay, as it plays a key part in the story and will be used in voice dialogue scenes.

WEEK 4​

Week 4 is here and it’s Oct 1st. Project Covenant is trying out its first poll on Patreon. We are keeping the poll open to the public. We hope people decide to take part in the poll, as we are very excited to give it a try. The render when completed will be posted for everyone to download. I will post the link on Discord, f95, and Instagram. As for the week 4 update, we are one month away from the release of the prologue. The intro scene is finished and the start of the third NSFW scene is underway. DTYM has been working on some fixes for the demo this past week. As well as incorporating the option to rename the main character. He will update and re-release it when it is ready. For those that want to give it a test go again. A teaser trailer for the prologue will be released in the coming days to help promote the release of the prologue. We’re both very excited for this release, as the official story of (name) Belmont will begin. We will meet some of the main and side characters, as Belmont tries to get settled into his new school. WEEK 5​

Week 5 is here and I’m very excited to tell you guys that all the NSFW scenes have been fully rendered and edited. We are 3 weeks away from releasing the prologue and only a handful of story scenes remain to be rendered and edited. Once DTYM has some time this week, we will be releasing a single scene clip (which is 1 of 5 in the first NSFW prologue scene). It will be uploaded to F95 as an example. For the people who like to see what kind of NSFW animation is in store for them. The Halloween pin-up poll is still active for about another week. We strongly hope you look at the Patreon page and vote on which girl you would like to see, or leave a description. We will be doing a survey in the coming weeks on f95 and Patreon to ask about certain game mechanics. Thanks, everyone again for another week.

WEEK 6

Week 6 is here and I’m rendering the last 2 scenes for the prologue. A few more video edits (sound, sex noises, etc.) are left to do afterward. Hopefully, the rendering will be finished this week, then we can work on testing the prologue for any bugs, spelling mistakes and glitches, etc. We have some similar advertising updates on Instagram. Week 7 closes in and I’m one render away from finishing all scenes for the prologue. Video editing is still to come. DTYM is working hard to make sure the game runs as smoothly as possible. The Halloween poll render is completed, and I will upload it today for everyone. I created two renders; I hope you guys like them. I look forward to doing more polls in the future. I will also drop a single render image to promote an exciting story arc in Ch 1! I'm incredibly excited for Ch 1 and can’t wait for you guys to play it. Thanks everyone for the continued support.

WEEK 8

Week 8 update, I must apologize for the delay. Last week and a bit have been all about Halloween in my house. Hectic times but tons of fun were had. Because of my bad planning, the prologue will be released next week. Because of Halloween, I haven’t had a chance to properly test the prologue from start to finish. All the positive side, NSFW scene 1 of Ch 1 has been full rendered and Scene 2 has started rendering. I have gotten a jump on Ch 1 and were hoping to release it a lot quicker than we did with the prologue. Ch 1 will the story starts to get interesting as Amon starts to make more friends and enemies at school. Ch 1 will be a fun and eventful chapter, with a couple surprises in store for the player. Thank you everyone again and I look forward to releasing the prologue next week.​

What he really meant was whether the LI's would engage in scenes with other girls without the MC or player control (such as not having such content or avoiding it). Also I suppose whether the girls in the harem would be into each other, threesome or otherwise
