It matters because the save location changed over the time. The old and outdated version stored saves in AppData. Later it was changed to game_dir/StreamingAsset. It's possible that your old saves won't work with the newer client.

maybe setting but my last saves are in game folder and in appdata saves are 2 years old.

Why do you delete the game in the first play? Don't delete the game and use the auto-update function to keep up with monthly releases.
