You apparently haven't met any Karens if you think brattiness is limited to younger ages. It typically refers to children, but it also means just a generally immature person. And since Belle isn't a child really anyway (physically), it's not being used like that in this game. If someone hasn't played the game, it's understandable to think it's just an immature person and likely the woman on the OP's main image. Obviously that's wrong. I wish they'd change the image on the OP so fewer people would assume Elena is the brat.

Maybe the mod offers other things, but there's no reason to mod the game for having both Belle and Elena. There is a throuple path built into the game.

Mostly story overall, regardless of the LI. There is some sexy time with both girls, but the game is very much focused on (what little of) the story (there is).
