It's not like I was saying you should start from the beginning. "Deleted" your save again, or didn't get one the last time you asked?

Anon4321 is (extremely) kind enough to provide saves for all to download, that are at various points through the game according to the Walkthrough.
He goes to all the effort, and you can't even be bothered to pick up even one of the recent ones, just to play from there with a minute amount of content by comparison.

You do realise that you're missing out on lots of content that way, don't you?

Every scene change takes ages to load ... probably around 5-10s ... Do I have to run it on my SSD or what?

Looks outdated, runs bad ... dont think I will endure the sandboxy stuff with this.

If you've got an SSD, slap it on there asap.

The horrible design implementation means that the only way to compensate for KST's shortcomings, is to use more/better hardware than it should realistically need.

Imagine everything that can happen in any one location in the game, including those limited to certain times of day.
They're all being loaded in at once, then whatever's not the chose scene, gets hidden from view. This happens each, and every single time a location is visited, i.e. you leave a location and go straight back to it.

Just a point of clarification on the coding gaffe..... when you say "location", do you mean the whole of the location or the specific room? Like, when you are in the Living Room at home, does it load all of the stuff for the Dining Room/Jason's Room/Kitchen/Bathroom/etc, or does it just load all of the assets for the Living Room scenes? (I mean, either way that's pretty scrub league. But the former example would be extremely terrible.)

I have more than one, but deleted the game ... not worth the hassle ^^

I feel sorry for the patrons, they pay the developers to pretend they are working, and bring a little shit update, but thanks to the patrons I play for free, thank you patrons

In the case of houses, the latter. A location is wherever Jason is.

I sort of agree, but it's such a minor hassle overall.
The bigger hassle is the walkthrough being required, because another of KST's design choices, is that progression is basically reliant on doing everything according to how it's laid out in the walkthrough.
