It's not becouse you use cheats, but some action must be repeat some time to unlock the next.
Example if you start a new game and get +5 rel with mom, now you cheat rel to 300, you think can fuck mom? Try...
Maybe you need mon the law more time? I dont really know what you have done or not.

Developer with a simple string "open door = (mon the law_____titjob 5)" you can have 50.000 rel but until you didint do 5 mon the law and 5 titjob, door will never open. That's only an example.

All these things you are doing are for version 08 - 09 -010, unnecessary for allow you open the door, you must do what you havent done in version 06 things more simple like mon the law, help workout and first sex in the garden.
I have already made all these thing... then for solve this problem i have to restart the game and don't use any cheat? or perhaps only money cheat?

All of a sudden the RegEdit cheats don't work? I've trashed the files, deleted the files, deleted the keys, and started again from a new game. I change the keys, and by the time I'm back in the game, none of the inventory or relationships are displaying, and I check the keys and everything's back to defaults. What am I doing wrong?

Are you loading from autosave after you've done regedit changes, or from a specific save slot?
If it's a specific slot, I'm 99% positive that the regedit changes only affect the autosave, and not specific slots.
It's probably down to loading any save automatically going to the start of the following day.

I dont think you have to restart the game if you dont want. If you have walkthrough read version 06 and do the part regarding Emma 4-5 time again. May be annoying but restart the game is worse. Try to do all the sequence workout with emma 5 time and try the door if dont work try 5 mow the lawn. All us poor people that have played the firsts versions of the game without cheat we have done mow the lawn about 20 - 30 time to get money.
