@DrakeZester : On the pharmacy shop, wait till Kelly will be busy. Choose "check cabinets", now if you open a doors without the medicine you will find a buttplug.
But the result is random. (If you find a medicine, take reward from drug dealer and repeat the mission when it's available).
There is an option to steal the buttplug or buy it, there is no impact on the relation with Kelly (except if you get caught).

You have to get the quest from the "shady guy" to steal meds from the pharmacy.
When you steal you have a chance of either getting meds or the buttplug.

Nope RNG (random number generator) trial and error and mostly luck

Have you played "House party" without a walktrough? Talk about hidden triggers...wow! The Twist is a breeze compared to that game. But then again, that's what keeps it interesting.
