I've reached the point where I can't really advance without advancing the Kira route back in updatd 38 (need the key for Kevin and subsequently Adrianna, need her for Julia etc). I have never been able to initiate her route. She won't talk to me in the hallway. She tells me to leave when I see her in the locker room and I can't do anything while she is in the shower. Am I missing some other events or is mine bugged/broken?

but you can try this
start by catching Kira in the locker room, you should see her then automatically leave
the head back to Jason's room and text Adrianna
For the rest you can check out section 0.20 (starts step 319) of the walkthrough
I don't get the option to leave when I catch her in the shower. Jason says something about Adrianna with a cheerleader outfit and then she turns and catches me. I don't get any option to text Adrianna when I got to his room.
Basically you did break the game, because you should not have been able to catch kira the shower at school at the time.
and you're meant to catch her in the locker room not the shower.

Which mean you still need to do things with Adrianna

Okay. So, I still fix it, because I really don't won't to have to restart with how far in I am.
No guarantee, but possible, unfortunately the game tends not to like it, if you don't do things in a certain order.

So I forked over some bugs and playing this game with the help of the official walkthrough. Is it me or are several sections really off? E.g:
13. Wake up at night and go to the living room. There can be 2 scenes:[..]
Julia is in the living room watching porn[..]
Never in 3 months have I met her in the living at night (currently at 160 with her after anal training).
or
51. Go to the bathroom when Janice is in the shower and not using the toilet or Julia is in the tub[..]
I camped the bathroom (at 200 with Janice, screwdriver and everything in the walkthrough happened already) for weeks and never ever did Janice use the shower.
I am confused. Any help appreciated.

It is nonsense that gallery mode is not needed because it is repeatable.
Where are the games that don't have a gallery mode these days?
