So i downloaded the mac version from the OP and when i tried to open it it said that the application cant be opened as it is incomplete.So Im guessing the link on the OP is corrupted?

Depending on what exactly the pop-up message was you either have corrupt download/extraction or forget to give execute permission to the game.
As I'm on a PC, I wouldn't know the solution
But you would need a right-mouse button to move the camera

Switch between talking to Billy, Janice reading in the living room and Kelly in the pharmacy not in her apartment
That's normal, you need to lose the 10 points to move onto the next stage, regarding getting Kelly to teach you about anal.
Don't have the 0.42 yet, but you can grab the 0.41 saves from the link in my signature
Also, always make sure you make a copy of the AppData folder before formatting your OS

Where is the save file located in this game? i searched C:\Users\UserName\AppData\LocalLow\KsTgames\The Twist and it's definitely not there
