hello guys ! I hope someone could help me. i am playing on the last version of this game and i am stuck . I don't know on to trigger the step 178 on the Walkthrough with Kelly. when i try to do it, i didn't have the choice "Choose anal" !

Just test my completes 0.11 save, work fine, so it's not a bug
What are Kelly's points (this is important), they should be at 280
And you need to have spoken to kelly about anal in her apartment and done anal with her at the apartment
If you have sometimes repeating it can work.
i forgot how to cheat in thetwist...i must have used the mode but my f buttons dont work... i remember that i pressed something in the hallway

You can save anytime by using save and quit
And it automatically save each you go to bed and wake up
But you’ll need the crack to load the saves
Unfortunately there’s no way to reduce lag-delays it’s all down to how the game is made

Did you switch your F-key’s function to secondary? You can change that in your bios settings. On a laptop the F-keys are often activated with Fn+F-Key.
I used the crack file of 0.42 but the is not working well

my delays are awful 
...like sometimes the game can stop responding for 5-10 (or more) secs and then i need to move window so the visuals appear otherwise black screen can be forever. ...but i think i had a better situation when played for the first time...

It means you have the wrong crack for game version you have
Redownload the game again from the OP and just click connect, it should already be cracked.
To find the panties
Go into the room with the tub
Then
Use the mouse to move the camera left then down

Look how the Twist 2 is evolving, look how KST is evolving.
That's why I really dislike other games in here. They are stuck in obsolete concepts, technology etc... All they do is add more writing, more pictures, more silly animations.
In The Twist, KST is working with a complex game engine, and even if the teething is long, it's evolving and beyond anything, capable of evolving.
While the others are limited. All they can do is add more of the same.
I think that other game developers in here should write and draw for KST and make a team to make real games. Rather than let all of them work in their corners making up boring content with obsolete technology.

There are others who use Unity, similar to The Twist, and others using other game engines that include a real-time 3D experience too.
Of course, there are (sadly) people using Unreal Engine for visual novels...

Writing's been fine. He hasn't set out to make a well written, engrossing story with porn added in.
He's been making a (mostly) competently written simple porn story, with (mostly) competent gameplay.

The Twist and The Twist 2 are basically the same game... same incest concept as every other game here. Same giraffe-looking models etc.
Complex game engine? He use a pre-build engine in Unity and isn't able to optimize it in any way. The Twist 2 will be more hardware demanding than The Twist. If he wants to make a "real" game then he should go back and start to learn how to code.

I don't really care about the content here. To be quite honest, I find it annoying. I care about the technology behind it and business aspects (niche business, unknown type of gaming etc...)
Take other games from this website and try to zoom in and out, try to change camera angle. And you will see what I'm talking about.
Most games here are just pictures, annoying music. When they get all worked up and ready to give some content... You get a GIF level animation. Just ridiculous if you want my opinion.

Unity is a toolset already available. And it's a powerful one at that. You can do amazing things with Unity.
So, you are a right, it's demanding and poorly optimized. But that's obvious. But look at the evolution from The Twist to The Twist 2. There is room for improvement.
While the other games... I don't see them adding different content. All they can do is add more pictures. More of the same.
Do you know many games where you can move the camera? Do you know many games where you can customize characters?
I tried the games one by one looking for ideas. And all I saw was disappointment. Some games were even made with RPG maker. Still, pictures, pictures, awful grind...
In fact, I saw more talent in the work of the modders that added cheats than in the original games. Just a terrible situation.
And then KST did something ambitious with The Twist.

I'm pretty aware about Unity's capabilities and I think Unity is an awesome game engine, but KST use Fungus in Unity. Fungus is pretty known for its instability and poorly save-load-system for example (as you can see in the game).
The full 3D-Renders isn't the problem either. The problem is how he coded it in Fungus.
