This game isn't even optimized to run properly on a PC and you want to run it on a phone? Good luck.
Honestly, I'm curious to see the next game rather than see updates on the first.
The first game is supposed to be hard to update and low tech compared to the next. So, it's like there is two paths:
1) Update both. You get one 5-6 updates a year. And then updates on the second game at an unknown pace.
2) Finish the first. Abruptly maybe. Like the last season of Game of Thrones.
And then update only the second game at regular intervals. Maybe 1-2 times a month. Every two weeks, with better graphics, more camera options, more gameplay mechanics, new story etc...
I don't know about you, but the option 1 is awful on the long term.
Maybe we can survive a few months with no updates at all. Then a steady stream of updates on the second game with better content.
I always go long term.

Yes, it does change the DNA test, that's why you would need to install it before start 0.40 of the game
as well as adding the extra scenes between Billy and his mom Rachel, but this is only available if you follow the NTR route.
The scene happens when you start the quest to follow Rebecca's husband.

that's the missing one, i haven't seen him sincs catching them, michelle only talks about the wedding
You need to speak to Rebecca to begin the quest to follow Rebecca's husband.
plus you should not have started anything with Michelle yet.
If you have that's more likely the reason you're stuck.
and unfortunately there's no way to fix it, if you have. Other than loading a save that takes place before doing anything with Michelle.

I don't know why the authors of this game only made it for computer systems. The game is nothing more than episodic animated kinetics and logical scripts in narrative form. Unity engine allows a different type of compilation based on hardware. Sorry about the author's view and their financial strategy. I'm really sorry for smartphones and consoles users.
