but don't worry
You don't have to do anything, just carry on as normal, you don't need to interact with john at all until you need to.
For now, wait until John leaves, which will be in 7 days and he'll return after 14 days, and he'll repeat that until you either kick him out or let him stay, after which you can do what ever you want, even if he's there, which would only limit you at night in the living room.
and the same thing with Danielle if she appearance earlier than you expect her to, which is after 100 days, you can ignore her until you get to her part in the walkthrough.

Partially, yes. Possibly worse than I'm saying too.
Some event chains in progress will be affected and impossible to progress further, anything dependant on a certain amount of days passed will be affected.
Just skip seven days when John's home, and it'll be like he's never there.

the response time in the game is horrible...every click take too much time..any way to optimize it..My gpu is powerful enough to play Assasin creed valhala.

For me the game runs fine on ultra :/ no lags or something. And I have an laptop with a old Nvidia GeForce GTX

running the game is not a problem...but when i move from one place to another the screen takes lot of time to load

Okay. I don't know what's "normal" for a game but my screen or scene transisions are between 1 and 2 seconds.
And the game sometimes just wants to crash itself. And I have to wait, until it processes all!

To continue I need to compliment her in the locker room, but to do this, I need a score of 40 and I have only 30.
Any suggestions how to rise it without using the cheat menu??

To get Kelly to 40 you need to have done these 4 steps

and if that's case, while the simple fix would be to use the cheat in the hallway to increase Kira's points by 10, the only other quick option, is to grab my "completes 0.21" save and start again from step 350

368. The next day after school go inside the school. Wait for Kira to appear in the corridor and approach her to give her the math test. Kira's score increases by 10.
She tells Jason to come back in a couple of days.
374. The next day after school go inside the school. Wait for Kira to appear in the corridor and approach her. Jason tells her that the job is done, exactly as she told him.
Kira thanks Jason and appreciates his help. Kira's score increases by 10.
376. The next day after school go inside the school. Wait for Kira to appear in the corridor and approach her. Jason gives her the Vitamine X. Kira's score increases by 10.
