I agree with you in general principle, but I would disagree with a small part.
Billy's path is optional, yes. This is what KST says to people who hate NTR content.
You have to know that many people come to this forum and in KST's channels to say, a bit worried even, "is NTR avoidable?".
Some people really care about the characters and the story, they identify hard with the MC or whatever... So for them, NTR is devastating.
Like in the other face of that same coin, some people freak out (positively) when they get NTR content.
For me, it's just a game, I don't care. So I don't understand. But for them... It's almost a true story happening.
So yes, it's avoidable. But when KST works for the opposite crowd, you "lost" in a figure of speech. KST's time isn't "avoidable".
And yes, you have to take feedback from the supporters. Absolutely true.
But for me, KST made a HUGE mistake when he closed his suggestion channels to non-supporters. That's terrible business strategy from my perspective.
Imagine that if you had a revolutionary idea to transmit to KST. Like the idea that would make this game popular to millions of people. That would make KST super rich and super powerful to make a legendary game... But the day you took the time to put it into words and to send it to KST... You discovered that you had to give money first before sending it...
Opportunity lost for KST. Because he wanted to focus on the feedback from supporters only... What a loss, what a shame.
Feedback is support. Some give money, it's good and useful. Others give their time and creativity and attention. It's support too.
On this forum, you can see Anon helping lost players and helping them with bugs and issues. I think that individual was more valuable to KST than the average supporter. Just an example.
