Yeah, most likely he's going for the BIG finish before he stops updating twist all together.
imo it wont go past 0.50. my guess is 2 more updates
BTW Changelog says that some dialogs in some scenes were updated. Did anyone find out exactly which ones?

There are tons of scenes and Lots dialogs with errors! Don't think it will be easy to figure out which were updated even if you start a new game unless someone from patreon can query about it on discord server from KST himself.
I downloaded 0.44(incest) save and also put the incest patch as well but I cant see rachel billy scene in the pool sex
You don't need to add the incest patch, it's already included in the zip file of 0.44(incest).zip, just extract all 9 files into the save folder

Which save are you using from the list, it should be one of these slots - 3,4,7,8
EDIT - To get the pool scene with Bill and Rachel, You need to repeat the scene where you investigate noise at Billy's house.
