I haven't played this in a little over a year. Has this a good in-game hint system now?
I very much dislike external walkthroughs, and the last time I played many people got stuck when not following the precise step-by-step text file.

yes it can it is a choice, Just follow the walkthrough and don't do anything tagged [Billy] and don't makes any obvious choices that would lead to it

Alright, I think this game has run on long enough and it's time for a conclusive ending.
I can't even imagine what it's like to play the game from start-to-finish at this point

I am currently having issues trying to download some of your saves, can you check that its just the attachments server playing up for me please?

And speaking of this version, there is just one (big, huge) scene added? That's weird.
And the whole scene is "bloated" with content. There is so much happening in the scene... The camera girl was taking place and ruining camera angles. Then we she joined I was like "Yep, too much stuff in the screen."
But it looks like KST is learning fast... Damn. If it's a single person doing that, it's quite amazing.

Thanks for the tip, but since I found some disappointing information in the comments, I will put the game on the back burner for now.
Just tested them, both the attached and the the ones from Mega are downloading fine.

Yeah its an Unofficial Patch BUT officially Created I believe after Incest was banned from Patreon!

Same one from your post. Seems with the patch installed one gets the Rachel and Billy Scene in this new update. Not sure if it isnt the case without the patch since i always play with the Incest patch!

Have to do the Share Memories For 2nd Movie sgsin And after 1 week will get text message from Adriana; if one is loading previous save with completed Porn Movies Scenes from 0.44 Update.

Please be aware that there's a MAJOR bug if you play anything under "Share Memories", and the only way to fix it, is to delete an entry in the registry.
