It's suppose to appear on the list of Janice's outfits, but there seems to be a bug with it right now.
Same here. I have tried this game on my new system, and it doesn't let me do anything. That's a big shame since I haven't played it in forever. Hell, since the last time I played it I got a whole new computer for goodness sake.
I have tried to use the possible solutions and such, lessened the impact of the graphics and so forth. Yet when I try to start a new game, I can barely go from school to home, and there is a chance of it crashing whenever I try to go to the pool (as stated above) or when I attempt to go around at night. Am I missing something? Or must this be something wrong on my end?

Thank you for your response! I figured it out... In my overzealous clicking, I had placed the camera in the bathroom. got it, and completed the Emma first part... Once again, appreciate your response and willingness to help altruistically.
If you thought 0.21 was a gridfest, you're in for a shock.
Which is why if you what to play the game, Use The Walkthrough, you'll get lost wothout it, believe me.

Most likely the executable inside the app is missing its execute permission.
Do this to check: right click on app, show package contents and navigate to the executable (/Contents/MacOs/TheTwist046MAC). This file should be an Unix executable. If it's not, it's missing the execute permission.
To fix, open the Terminal and type "chmod a+x " without the quotes and drag the executable inside the window. Terminal will fill in the path for you. Mind there is a space after the x. Hit enter. The permission should now be set correctly.
