I play fresh new game, and stuck on this part: "Billy appears sometimes outside the pool area between 15:00 and 18:00. When he appears there, choose 'Allow him to watch'. He pays you $100".
MC already told Billy about the blowjob he got from his mom and that's it, after that no more new chat or whatsoever with Billy. Whenever MC got blowjob on the pool from his mom, Julia interrupted and there is choice to ask her to join which end up with threesome or leave her which end up with just blowjob from mom.
So, can anyone tell me how to trigger that event because the money is good, and my MC is struggle with money LOL

If i remember right you have to go out to the pool when nobody is out there and run into billy during the time stated.

I have the same problem. And the stuff suggested to fix it like don't access it after 1400 or wait one hour doesn't help at all. When starting a new game this release is unplayable. I can't even get the camera.
