I can not do step 528. Go back to the Shady guy, give him the experimental medicine. He will give you GPS tracker.
nor 538.(Billy) Go to Billy's home. Invite him to the beach.
do I need to complete something? our is still buged.
I've done it all up until V.29

While I'm sure it's not the same mistake I did.
But just in case it is, Rachael is Billy's mom, so you need to be outside billy's house to catch her husband
also the walkthrough say "After 20:00" so between 20:00-22:00
