I'm starting the game and I got a guide, but there is a part that says that when I wake up at night I should find Julia or no one in the room, but Julia never appears, I don't know what else I have to do to make her appear.

I have not advanced much according to the guide I must raise the points by interacting with her when she watches porn in the living room, but it does not appear to me, it only gives me the option to turn on the TV and then Janice appears. I am following the guide that you have in your links below in your signature.
If you read the guide properly, when it comes to Julia it makes no mention of clicking on the TV, that's only for Janice to appear.
What you need to do is, stand in the living room and use the wait button, until she appears.
Another method you can try, is go to the hallway, use the wait button, then return to the living room, and repeat until Julia makes an appearance, under no circumstance click on the TV if you what Julia to appear, it will not work.
Thanks a lot. A question is it necessary to share things with Billy to advance with the girls or is it optional?
Other than a couple of small things, Billy is completely optional

Some steps are skippable/optional with Billy as well as with Jason's dad with Janice and some other scenes as well and of of course some incest scenes are skippable if incest patch isn't installed. depending on your preference!

Any way to increase energy? When I used it it went up to 25, but it went down to 15, I don't know if because of a bug or what, then I sold the object to Billy so now according to the guide I should raise the energy to 25.
Apologies, I forgot to mention that you still need to download the latest version of game, which is 0.46Final, otherwise the bug you're experiencing will still be there and that the work around might not work.
Sorry to tell you, but the developer has given up on that plot line and anything else to do with John.

Once you have increased the maximum energy, it shouldn't reduce, except during sexual activities, which is replenished when you sleep.
