The current status of The Twist 0.52 - November 24th:
The additional artwork: ~70%.

according to what he said in patreon unless he gonna change his mind in the future

Let's hope it's true. I've been holding off on this game for the exact same reason, and also because the walkthrough is a bit convoluted. If he sticks to his word and the next update is the last one, it might be the time to jump back in.

well to be fair, story wise the game is finished ever since the DNA test update
he was basically adding some events afterward while working on the new game, so my guess he finally decides to just focus solely on the new game now
The walkthrough isn't convoluted.
Like the way the game's been made, it's entirely linear to being almost 100% step-by-step.
The two biggest problems with it, are the game's horrible rng for some events that are necessary for progression, and not giving pointers to when you no longer need to repeat an action/event for affection purposes. Neither are convoluted.

Yeah i guess convoluted wasn't the right word, although i think i get a pass since english is only my third language. It's more like a super long, tedious process, to get the scenes you want with your preferred character, for me at least.
Yeah the over reliance on RNG events at various locations really, really turns something simple and entertaining into a terrible grind.
Only way around that is to save-scum like your life depends on it... There's a good chance your sanity does at the very least!

Question: I've been following the WT almost to the letter, at wt point 330: "The next day at 13:00 go to Jason's room. Jason receives a message from Adrianna." it seems the phone has disappeared. I've been through a week in game and at no day at 13:00 do I receive a message. Has this happened to anyone else, or do I need to revert to my save at point 165

Edit: Playing on I received a message related to point 297/298. So it seems its only Adriannas messages at 13:00 not coming through.
Solved for others stuck: Hide in the locker, it won't show if you click the door first.
