I can only repeat myself. One of best games up here. Also some kind of special in this case - nearly updates. Surprisly end - I‘m excited how it goes on.

With the bug fix 0.10.2 version replays done, I paid particular attention to the MC's position when Karen enters the room. Bit confusing as their is also a door behind his head, but that may be a closet or cupboard.
Even though he grunts
Nikki is doing a good job of concealing him and as others have suggested it may be intentional positioning by Stig to make the cliffhanger a let down, as Karen is just concerned about Nikki daring to bring a man back to her room, and not realising it is the MC.
This is a cop-out IMO.
Great option here as I said a few pages back to get Karen into at least a threesome.
Nikki or the MC can ask Karen why she thinks she is the only one who deserves his love. Nikki has been around the MC for several years, and 'popped' his cherry - a fact she could make Karen aware of pretty quickly.
"Actually, I had him first, and then helped you have him because you needed him too."
What does Karen say to that?
