It should say on the main page if there is any or not and all I can say just play the game and you will decide for your self if it contains that which you like or dislike. Especially if you get a game that got a good story and setting in it.

No, there isn't any NTR.
Closest it ever gets to anything unrelated to the MC is the girlfriend being seen walking with another guy after you break up. If you are on Harem or her path she comes back but if you are on Karen's path she walks off with him.
That is the absolute closest you will get to seeing the women with another man.

True the only thing i dont get is why haley said sorry at the end even if she did not mean it. and why mc would risque being beat up like that i would have wanted an option to not look and just continue walking they where already broke up so life goes on for mc too that would have been a great way to end it that's what usualy happens when couples break up anyway.
