If you played 0.5 with incest patch, you need to apply it to 0.6 too to keep playing with your save otherwise you get errors.

To anyone getting an error immediately when they start from their last save in v0.5.
Try an earlier save.(before the Karen massage) That worked for me and i didn't run into any problems anymore.

I did overwrite in the game folder, and still, it does not work.
EDIT: NVM I extracted again and it fixed itself somehow.
